For existing email and password accounts, including a review account. Google sign-in remains available above.This application will be able to:
- Read your desks, approved answers, refund rules, escalation limits, and approved feature or timeline statements.
- Save or revise those records when you authorize it.
- Read your account email and subscription status.
Your Desk Pro or trial subscription and account permissions still apply. Billing changes are not available through the support tools. The assistant must refuse a refund, feature, or timeline that is not in the approved set.
You can disconnect an application at any time.
